Role Description

This full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care Provider) role is based in a nursing facility in Harlem, New York, NY. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care, including conducting routine and acute patient assessments, diagnosing conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based care plans.
