Job summary

Banner University Medical Group in Marana, AZ is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Community Clinic Team, delivering patient-focused primary care.

In this full-time role, you will provide clinical management, interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians in a team-based setting.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with no weekend shifts; start with 6-8 patients per session, increasing to 10-12 as you grow.

Qualifications

• Must hold National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Current Arizona license or ability to obtain one.
• Current prescribing privileges with DEA license for controlled substances.
• CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in a primary care or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Clinical management of patients and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
• Prescription of medications and patient education.
• Consultation with physicians and clinicians in a team-based approach to care.

Work in an established, growing primary care practice where you'll have time to truly connect with patients.

As part of our collaborative team, you'll be involved in clinical management of patients, interpretation of diagnostic tests, prescription of medications, patient education, and consultation with physicians and clinicians in a team-based approach to care.

Position Details:

• Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (no weekends!)
• Call Duties: Rotating schedule approximately 1 in 10 weeks
• Same-day/acute care appointments
• Start with 6-8 patients per session , gradually increase to 10-12 patients per session

Qualifications:

• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Current Arizona License (or ability to obtain)
• Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances
