Avera Clinic of Ellendale is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive medical care across acute and long-term settings. You will assess patients, diagnose conditions, and provide treatment and health education in collaboration with physicians.

Part of a multidisciplinary team, you will maintain records, follow approved protocols, and uphold safety standards while covering nursing home and acute care portions as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and qualified to practice in the state based off job assignment.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) - Board of Nursing
• Federal Drug Enforcement Admin - US Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Admin
• Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing

Responsabilités

• Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients according to medical staff approved protocol and acceptable standards of practice.
• Provides medical services and health education to patients and family members.
• Consults and collaborates with physician as assessing, diagnosing and treating patients.
• Performs necessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures according to written, approved protocols and appropriate licensing and administrative authorities.
• Maintains patient records and accurate information.
