CHRISTUS St. Vincent in Santa Fe, NM is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver outpatient primary care for adults and families.

You will perform patient assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans, ordering and interpreting tests as needed while prescribing medications and promoting preventive health. The position offers either Monday–Friday, eight-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week in an outpatient-only practice with a collaborative clinical team.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• National certification required.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Two or more years of primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Position Summary

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and family medicine patients in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, establishing diagnoses, developing treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications as appropriate, and promoting preventive health and wellness.

Practice Highlights

• Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, or
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Outpatient-only practice
• Family medicine call rotation limited to telephone coverage
• Average patient volume of approximately 16-18 patients per day
• Collaborative and supportive clinical team
