The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with competitive compensation and benefits. A strong NP with hospital or outpatient experience is preferred; strong new grads will be considered.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with physicians.
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred but strong new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Build a collaborative 1:1 relationship with patients and staff.
• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients.

Join Our Team:

Esse Health is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our Watson Primary Care office located at 7419 Watson Road.

• Full-time opening
• Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Prefer 1+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner, but a strong new grad will be considered
• Outpatient focused clinical practice

Day-to-Day:

• Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
