Seeking a better work-life balance and the flexibility to set your own routine? CCMG is offering you an opportunity to earn an excellent income or supplemental income. CCMG is on the search for experienced and self-motivated Nurse Practitioners (NP) for year-round opportunities at your convenience.
This is a home-office based, prevention and education focused opportunity that will take you out of the mundane office setting and directly involved with seniors in designated communities and local travel in Everett, WA.
We also have open positions in: Vancouver, Tacoma, Seattle, Olympia, and Chehalis.
Our select NPs are needed to conduct in-home, embedded clinic, telemedicine, and/or mobile unit Annual Health and Wellness Assessments/Visits with our senior Medicare population in your area. As part of the health insurance benefits, medical evaluations are conducted face-to-face at the member’s home or potentially at a designated PCP clinic, local health awareness event or via telemedicine. The visit is an opportunity for the clinician to reinforce the importance of staying current on covered preventive services and identifying potential gaps in care which may have stemmed from unnecessary hospitalization and ER visit.

- Scheduling flexibility – design your own daily, weekly and monthly schedule with or without weekend visits.
- No prescribing or treatment responsibilities – simply perform consultative assessments/evaluations.
- Fixed payment per completed and submitted appointments.
- Web tracking and scheduling tools to maximize your travel time.
- Travel & mileage reimbursement (IRS standard rates for current year).
- Pre-scheduled appointment schedules with Medicare members within your designated location and time frames.
- Pre-scheduled and pre-paid overnight accommodations while on specific work projects.
- iPad tablet and/or laptop.
- All needed medical supplies and/or equipment to accomplish designated tasks/assignments.
- Credentialing services and paid training.
- Liability/Malpractice insurance.
- Current state licensed and board-certified NP in Washington, with NPI.
- 6-months of experience in conducting wellness exams.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- 1-year experience in Medicare Advantage (MA) in-home risk assessment.
- EMR skills (preferred).
- Bilingual preferred – English/Spanish.
- Travel locally and to surrounding areas, 80% to 90% of your scheduled availability.
- Dedicated, safe and private work space and existing Wi-Fi when working from home.
- COVID-19 considerations: All patients are screened for Covid and seen with mask.
Salary: $100.00 per hour
