Job summary
Essentia Health Graceville Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive patient care with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. The role works independently and with physicians, caring for patients from newborn to elderly.
Requires a Master’s in nursing, RN and NP licensure, CPR certification, and successful credentialing by Essentia Health. Shift rotation includes day/evening/night with weekend and holiday coverage.
Qualifications
- Must have Master’s degree in nursing.
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state.
- Current NP licensure in appropriate state.
- Current CPR certification.
- National certification in applicable area.
- Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide health care to individuals and families, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge and decision-making to deliver care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals to plan and implement care across the lifespan.
