• Review medical records and approve or deny recommendations regarding disability status.
• Advise clinical personnel on case development and determine functional capability based on records.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in quality team case reviews.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to interpret regulations, develop clinical policies, and provide training.
