Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner Certification and license in the state of practice required.
• RN license in the state of practice required.
• Specialty Certification as per client request and/or state regulations if applicable.
• One year experience as an NP preferred.
• Maintain collaboration agreements, per state requirements.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care services to patients of all ages within scope of license.
• Collaborate with a physician and multidisciplinary team to collect and document patient data.
• Perform physical examinations, diagnostic and therapeutic tests and procedures.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients; order and schedule laboratory and diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications and treatments and ensure evidence-based care.
