Avenues Recovery Center is hiring for an NP or PA-C to lead medical care in our detox and residential treatment facility in Virginia. You will develop individual treatment plans, monitor medications, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted NP/PA-C certification, valid in Virginia.
• Valid state medical license is required.
• Federal DEA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Create individual medical care treatment plans and provide medical monitoring for each client.
• Stabilize patients to enable engagement in treatment.
• Update pharmacy orders, create UDS, med and lab orders; review lab results.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical, and UR teams for care coordination.
• Maintain thorough documentation of interventions and directives.
• Complete daily/weekly client appointment schedules efficiently.
