Centurion Health seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at West TN State Penitentiary in Henning, TN. The NP works under physician supervision in a correctional setting, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and managing medications.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted TN APRN license.
• Active, unrestricted DEA.

Responsibilities

• The Nurse Practitioner works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.
