Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning, TN. The NP will work under a physician in a correctional setting, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and managing medications as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Day shift, Monday–Friday with no on-call, nights, holidays, or weekends. A Graduate Degree and TN APRN license (active) with a DEA are required, along with successful background screening.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted TN APRN license must be held.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license required.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of health care and patient care management under supervision.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to perform assessments, diagnose patients, and manage medications.
