Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in New York.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program.
• Current board certification (FNP-C, ANP-C, or relevant specialty).
• Valid DEA license and prescriptive authority in New York State.
• Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or outpatient setting preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including exams and histories.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses per guidelines.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans and protocols.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on labs and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education on management.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
