Responsibilities

• Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to assess patient care needs.
• Records findings and formulates care plans and prognosis.
• Submits care plans and goals for periodic review with providers.
• Prescribes drugs or therapies as per NP Supervisory Agreement.
• Refers patients to providers for specialized care.
• Identifies training needs and promotes team development.
• Maintains professional relationships with staff and patients.
