The work

You will evaluate AI-generated medical responses and create expert healthcare content when needed. Your reviews will focus on whether answers are accurate, clear, complete, aligned with the prompt, and safe for patients.

You will assess clinical reasoning across outpatient, emergency, and inpatient scenarios. This includes reviewing differential diagnoses, risk stratification, red-flag recognition, timelines, physiology, dosing logic, contraindications, and factual medical claims.

• Fact-check medical claims and identify unsafe assumptions, missing contraindications, and timeline errors.

What it pays and takes

This is an intermediate-level, part-time contractor role with a remote hourly workflow. The work requires strong medical judgment, careful writing, and close attention to detail when reviewing healthcare content.

• Pay: $90 USD per hour.
• Time: 20 or more hours per week.
• Work type: Remote, part-time contractor.
• Location: Open to people in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brazil, Cambodia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines, the United States, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.
• Language: C1-level English or stronger.
• Background: Medical, nursing, public health, health sciences, or allied health experience.
• Knowledge: Epidemiology, clinical medicine, healthcare systems, patient care, disease processes, medical terminology, and public-health principles.
• Experience: Confident clinical reasoning across outpatient, emergency, and inpatient settings.
• Preferred: Experience in AI data training, clinical documentation review, utilization review, or healthcare editorial quality assurance.
• Helpful: Experience explaining clinical decisions clearly in writing and a reliable, self-directed work style.
