Job summary

One-to-One-Healt is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant to evaluate and treat patients, manage acute and chronic health problems, and implement evidence-based treatment plans under physician supervision. You will conduct wellness physicals, health screenings, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include EMR data entry, patient education, and participating in disease prevention programs, with involvement

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited NP or PA program according to Tennessee State Law.
• License and Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of TN.
• Prescriptive authorization and DEA certification.
• Two years of relevant clinical experience.
• Current BLS/ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals.
• Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols under supervising physician’s protocols.
• Provide health screenings and disease prevention programs.
• Evaluate and treat patients for injury and illness.
• Report and review cases with medical director and client managers.
• Oversee respirator and auditory testing for employees by clinic staff.
• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions.
• Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately & promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and make referrals as needed.
• Assist in all areas of the clinic and perform related duties as required.
