Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner
• Active Utah NP license
• NPI and DEA with controlled-substance authority
• Strong clinic leadership and staff-management experience
• Knowledge of Medicaid billing and billing processes
• Behavioral health or MAT/MOUD experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day medical clinic operations
• Supervise, train, and develop clinic staff
• Provide direct NP patient care and prescribe medications
• Support Joint Commission, HRSA/FQHC Look‑Alike, and CLIA compliance
• Oversee quality improvement, clinic metrics, billing, and operational performance
• Develop and expand clinical programs and services
• Build strong community and healthcare partnerships
