Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center in Colorado seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join the Clinic team, delivering compassionate, patient-centered family medicine in a community-focused setting.

You will evaluate and manage outpatient care under physician supervision, collaborate with the care team, and build lasting relationships with patients and families while improving community health.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (multi-state) licensure required.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license required.
• Current National Advanced Practice Nurse Certification preferred.
• Master’s degree required.
• Previous clinical experience in family practice preferred.
• Previous inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Salary Range: $113,000.00-$160,00.00 annually based on qualifications. Fulltime position.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

As a member of our team, you will participate directly in the management of patient care, providing evaluation, assessment, and medication management for outpatient patients within the scope of your license and under the supervision of the assigned physician.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered family medicine care.
• Evaluate and assess outpatient patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide medication evaluation and management within your scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and families.

What We’re Looking For
