Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center in Colorado is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join our Clinic team. We emphasize building lasting patient relationships, collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals, and delivering high-quality family medicine in a community-centered setting.

The ideal candidate holds an NP license, a Colorado RN license or multi-state licensure, and a Master's degree.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (multi-state) licensure required.
• Current Nurse Practitioner license required.
• Current National Advanced Practice Nurse Certification preferred.
• Master's degree required.
• Previous clinical experience in family practice preferred.
• Previous inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered family medicine care.
• Evaluate and assess outpatient patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide medication evaluation and management within your scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and families.
• Contribute to the health and well-being of the community we serve.
