Job Summary

Working alongside two physicians and two advanced practice providers, this role serves as an extension of the Interventional Cardiologist, providing patient management, care coordination, clinical support, and follow-up care. The position is focused on improving patient access, enhancing continuity of care, and supporting positive patient outcomes in a busy cardiology practice.

Job Highlights:

• Full-time Nurse Practitioner position supporting an established Interventional Cardiology team
• Primarily outpatient-focused with inpatient coverage provided as needed
