Job summary

Curative is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join a high-volume practice in Memphis, Tennessee. You will inherit an active patient base with immediate procedural volume and a strong referral network within a comprehensive cardiovascular program.

The role includes diagnostic catheterization, PCI, STEMI intervention, high-risk PCI with CT surgery backup, device implantation, and expanding structural heart services such as TAVR and Watchman, with APP support and favorable earning potential.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
• Experienced physicians preferred; strong graduating fellows encouraged to apply.
• Interest in structural heart is welcomed.
• NOT able to sponsor visa candidates at this time.

Practice Highlights

Join a collaborative cardiovascular team at a 476-bed teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Work alongside interventional and general cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and dedicated APPs, with 24/7 specialty support across multiple disciplines.

Your practice will include diagnostic catheterization, PCI, STEMI intervention, high-risk PCI with immediate CT surgery backup, device implantation, and structural heart procedures, including TAVR and Watchman. While the practice is primarily high-volume coronary intervention today, leadership is actively investing in expanding structural heart services, creating an excellent opportunity for physicians interested in helping grow the program.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time schedule with approximately 3-4 clinic days per week
• Remaining time dedicated to cath lab, procedures, and administrative responsibilities
• Weekend call: 1:4
• Weeknight call (Mon-Thu): 1:3
• STEMI call differential
• Guaranteed first-year salary before transitioning to a productivity-based compensation model – Current providers earning up to 28k wRVUs which is 35% above the 90th percentile showcasing incredible earning potential
