Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner – Cardiology) delivers high-quality patient care under physician supervision across clinic and hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions
- Provide clinic-based care and follow-up appointments in Ardmore and outreach locations
- Conduct hospital rounding, consults, admissions (H&P), and discharge summaries
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Oklahoma
- National certification (AG-ACNP or Acute Care preferred)
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience in cardiology or acute care strongly preferred
