Job summary

Expect 8-hour days, Wednesday–Friday 8am–5pm, with 12 patient encounters per shift and credentialing within ~90 days; Oregon license and DEA required, BLS/ACLS current. Initial 6-month contract with extension possible.

Qualifications

• Board Certified - Advanced Practice Cardiology (Nurse Practitioner).
• Active Oregon license.
• DEA license required.
• Board certification with active BLS and ACLS.
• Outpatient cardiology experience and supervision of echo/nuclear stress tests.
• Initial 6-month contract with extension possible; starting December 2026.
• Outpatient privileges to see clinic patients; no admitted privileges required.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic-based cardiology coverage, Wednesday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
• 3 days per week, 4 weeks per month with 12 patient encounters per shift.
• Provide on-campus supervision for echo/nuclear exercise stress tests.
• Supervise in-office cardiac device checks performed by cardiac device technician.
• Sign off on cardiac device checks and interpret EKGs.
• Outpatient testing in clinic and hospital settings under privileges.
• Initial 6-month contract with extension possible.
