Bethany Medical is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Primary Care NP/PA to join our multi-specialty team in North Carolina. This role combines primary care, urgent care, and pain management services in an all-outpatient setting, with modern facilities and a focus on patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, supports continuity of care, and has NP/PA credentials with AANP/NCCPA certification; new grads welcome. Competitive salary, benefits, and generous bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program.
• AANP or NCCPA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of other esteemed Physicians and Providers in a busy practice setting.
• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment.
• Build relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
• Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care.
• Communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information.
• Refer patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate.
