BriteLife Recovery is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide care to clients recovering from substance use disorders. The NP will assess, plan, and deliver ongoing care within a mission-centered behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities include client assessments, treatment planning, medication monitoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication, independence, and EHR proficiency are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state.
• PMHNP/FNP dual-certification required.
• 2 years of experience with substance use disorders preferred.
• Experience prescribing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in electronic health records.

Aufgaben

• Perform initial and ongoing assessment of medical, physical, and psychosocial status.
• Prescribe and monitor medications for clients in recovery.
• Obtain medical histories, perform exams, and conduct preventive screenings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Complete accurate documentation in electronic health records.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
