Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner to provide care to client employees and dependents at our Morristown Health Center.

The schedule is 32 hours weekly, Monday to Wednesday, 7:30am–6:30pm, with a focus on primary and urgent care in a collaborative setting. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of ambulatory care experience, current NP licensure, and required certifications (DEA, BLS/ACLS as applicable).

Qualifications

• RN licensure and NP licensure/certification required.
• State prescriptive authority required where applicable.
• DEA license required; narcotics license per state rules.
• National certification (ANCC or AANP).
• MSN degree required; transcripts if not clearly stated.
• BLS/CPR certification; ACLS may be required depending on contract scope.
• 3+ years of NP experience in ambulatory, occupational health, family practice or ED.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Performs injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develops patient care plans and records progress for continuity of care.
• Educates patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments and therapies.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Maintain and update patient health records; ensure accuracy.
• Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

RN licensure

Nurse Practitioner licensure/certification
