Encompass Wellness is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive clinical care in our Sioux Falls location. You will collaborate with the clinical team to deliver personalized care across wellness and aesthetics, including labs, weight loss programs, BHRT, and cosmetic procedures.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Active APRN licensure and current NP certification.
• Eligible for South Dakota NP licensure; DEA licensure required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Order and interpret labs to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage patients in medical weight loss programs including GLP-1 therapies.
• Provide BHRT consultations and ongoing management.
• Educate on ancillary wellness services and coordinate care across lines.
• Document encounters in EHR platforms (Azalea/AdvancedMD) during transition.
• Support clinical and front-desk teams to ensure high-quality patient experience.
• Participate in aesthetic service delivery or training (Botox, fillers).
• Maintain licensure and pursue additional state licenses as practice expands.
