Job summary
Milan Laser in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver laser hair removal treatments in a structured clinic setting. You will educate clients, document treatments, and ensure safety protocols and patient satisfaction.
The role requires NP licensure with FNP certification and a commitment to confidentiality, great communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced aesthetics environment.
Qualifications
- NP license in good standing with active FNP certification
- Experience in aesthetics or laser clinics is a plus
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Responsibilities
- Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols
- Educate clients on pre/post-care and expected results
- Document treatments and maintain medical records
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for client flow
- Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
- Discuss treatment progress and recommend additional areas
- Encourage reviews and referrals through excellent service
- Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and client records
- Assist with opening/closing duties and room preparation
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment
- Collaborate with leadership to support clinic goals and client satisfaction
