Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to deliver safe, effective laser hair removal treatments in a US CT clinic. You will educate clients on treatment plans, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain strict safety and confidentiality standards while providing a welcoming, professional experience.

The role involves prep and maintenance of treatment rooms, collaboration with clinic teams, and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Current NP license in good standing with active national certification as FNP-C or FNP-BC.
• In CT: license plus either FNP-C/BC or AGPCNP-BC/AGNP-C certification is required.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and client service.
• Strong communication to educate clients clearly and confidently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
• Attention to safety, clinical protocols, and detail.
• Interest in aesthetics and confidence-building results.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan's medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care for safe results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain medical records.
• Prepare rooms and equipment to ensure safe client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss progress with clients and suggest additional treatment areas.
• Encourage reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and records.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and room preparation.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership and team to meet clinic goals.
