Job summary

Banner University Medical Group in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for the Advanced Heart Failure Program, including Heart Transplantation, Mechanical Circulatory Support and Total Artificial Heart. You will work with the multidisciplinary team to manage patients, contribute to program development, and support regulatory and research efforts.

The position involves full-time schedule with 4-10 hour shifts and call rotations among APPs, requiring collaboration with physicians

Qualifications

• NP with board certification and Arizona license required or eligible.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Prescribing privileges including DEA license for controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical management of patients within the Advanced Heart Failure Program.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to deliver care.
• Support program development, quality, and regulatory compliance, including research.
