Oak Grove Recovery is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead medical care for residents in our addiction treatment program. The APP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, including those in withdrawal, with independence and collaboration with the treatment team.

This role requires board-certified NP, license active, and experience in addiction medicine. You will provide ongoing assessments, participate in discharge planning, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering

Qualifications

• Active NP license required.
• Experience in addiction medicine or behavioral health preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills required.
• Ability to function independently and collaboratively.
• Personal passion for recovery and behavioral health.
• Commitment to a drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care, including physical assessments and medical management.
• Conduct medical histories and exams within 24 hours of admission.
• Assess detox patients and provide weekly face-to-face assessments for other levels of care.
• Participate in treatment planning and discharge coordination from a medical perspective.
• Maintain licensure and certifications; ensure compliance with standards.
