Job summary

Indiana Treatment Centers in Muncie, IN is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary medical team in an inpatient behavioral health setting, providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and medication management including MAT.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance while meeting patient needs. Great collaboration and CME opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Indiana Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Current DEA registration with authority to prescribe controlled substances.
• National board certification as an appropriate NP specialty (FNP/AGNP/PMHNP).
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical evaluations, histories, and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with SUD and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Prescribe, monitor, and manage medications including MAT within scope of practice.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as indicated.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and case managers.
