Job summary

Urrly, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform in-home assessments across Vancouver, WA. Work is flexible in schedule with local travel and no therapy or prescriptions involved.

You will review histories, collect vitals, document findings in the EMR, and educate members on next steps. Choose full-time or part-time; travel within Vancouver, WA, and manage your own route with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Active NP license required.
• Master's in Nursing or higher required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Able to work independently in the field.
