Job summary

Face to Face Spa, a growing medical aesthetics company in Westlake, OH, seeks motivated, experienced, and sales-driven Nurse Practitioners for full-time and part-time roles. The position focuses on providing exceptional patient care and personalized treatment planning.

You will perform aesthetic consultations, administer Botox, Xeomin, and dermal fillers, and collaborate with estheticians and staff to deliver a seamless client experience while meeting production and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio NP license and national certification.
• Prescriptive authority and collaborative arrangements as applicable under Ohio law.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for a combination of opening, closing, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic consultations, medical assessments, and individualized treatment planning.
• Administer Botox, Xeomin, and dermal fillers within scope of practice and approved protocols.
• Perform or oversee approved aesthetic treatments, which may include laser hair removal, BBL, MOXI, microneedling, and body contouring.
• Educate clients about skincare, treatment packages, memberships, and maintenance plans.
• Develop strong client relationships that encourage rebooking, referrals, and retention.
• Meet established individual production and sales goals while prioritizing appropriate patient care.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation, consent forms, and treatment records.
• Recognize complications, follow clinical protocols, and recognize concerns appropriately.
• Collaborate with estheticians, nurses, management, and front desk staff to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and team development.

We are seekingmotivated, experienced, and sales-driven Nurse Practitioners to join our team in both full-time and part-time positions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, confident in clinical decision-making, comfortable recommending personalized treatment plans, and committed to building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Preferred:

Experience with Botox, Xeomin, and dermal fillers.

Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery.

Familiarity with aesthetic lasers, body contouring Laser Hair removal , and medical-grade skincare.

Strong consultation, treatment planning, and ethical sales skills.

Experience using electronic medical records or spa management software such as Zenoti.
