We seek an Advanced Practice Nurse with Ohio APRN license and Botox/dermal filler experience, strong communication, and a passion for building a patient-centered aesthetic practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injections such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, educate them on options, and develop a treatment plan
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance with industry regulations
• Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and products in aesthetic medicine
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and expand the clinic’s client base
• Participate in entrepreneurial initiatives to grow the practice, including branding, social media, and community outreach

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be an Advanced Practice Nurse and hold a valid State of Ohio APRN license
• Proven experience in administering Botox, dermal fillers, or similar procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth and innovation
