Job summary

Ladgov Corporation in Moses Lake, Washington seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide on-site primary healthcare to Job Corps students aged 16–24 at the Columbia Basin Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center.

You will perform medical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, order labs and screenings, maintain SHR records, and collaborate with the Health and Wellness Director and center staff to support student health and program success.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted WA NP license.
• DEA registration with prescribing authority.
• Medical liability insurance of at least $1M.
• Graduation from an accredited NP program (MSN/DNP).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently and with healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical exams, assessments, and intake physicals for students.

• Prescribe medications, including controlled substances as permitted by law.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, immunizations, and screenings.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the SHR.

• Participate in required meetings, program reviews, and quality improvement activities.

Nurse Practitioner (NP) – On-Site Medical Services

Location: Columbia Basin Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center – Moses Lake, Washington

Schedule:

Approximately 14.5 hours per week (728 hours annually)

Position Summary

The Nurse Practitioner provides on-site primary healthcare services to Job Corps students ages 16–24. Responsibilities include medical assessments, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, preventive care, and health education. The NP collaborates with the Health and Wellness Director and center staff to support student health and program success.

Key Responsibilities
