Job summary

Elite Corporate Medical Services is seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join our Visalia clinic on a full-time basis. The role involves comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and prescribing medications, with supervision by an offsite physician as needed.

You will deliver patient education, manage 12–18 daily visits, and document encounters using eClinicalWorks, aiming for high-quality, patient-centered outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• NP must hold valid Family Practice Nurse Practitioner license.
• Clinical assessment of a multi-cultural patient population.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including medical history, physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and conditions.
• Work independently with offsite physician supervision as needed.
• Provide personalized treatment plans focused on short and long-term outcomes.
• Manage 12–18 patients per day including scheduled and walk-in visits.
• Prescribe medications and treatments per guidelines.
• Educate patients on prevention, treatment options and self-care.

Nurse Practitioner (Healthcare)

Elite Corporate Medical Services is seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis at one of our clinics in Visalia. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am - 6:30 PM (The clinic is closed one hour for lunch).

Elite Providers are responsible to:

• Use medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care to treat a multi-cultural patient population.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions.
• Work independently, contacting offsite supervising physician as neededregarding patient care.
• Responsible for personalized treatment of patients, ensuring care is relevant for short and long term outcomes.
• Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 12 to 18 patients daily).
• Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines.
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks.
