Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Nassau County centers. This full-time role will provide urgent care to both adults and children, including minor procedures, EKGs and X-ray reviews.

You’ll work with a skilled team and benefit from our partnership with Northwell Health. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of urgent care or emergency medicine experience and holds an NP license.

Qualifications

• NP: 2+ years in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine treating all ages (6 months+).
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints).
• Able to read EKGs and X-rays.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care to adult and pediatric patients.
• Perform minor procedures and manage examinations, labs and imaging as needed.
• Collaborate with on-site Rad Techs and Medical Assistants to deliver quality care.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• NP: 2 or more yrs. of Full-Time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
