Job summary

Rezolut is a national emerging platform of diagnostic medical imaging services focused on patient care and innovative technology. This is a full-time on-site Nurse Practitioner position at a free-standing Medical Imaging facility in Liverpool, NY, with responsibilities including patient safety during contrast injections and collaboration with technologists and staff.

Qualifications

• Current NP certification required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• On-site work in Liverpool, NY.
• Experience in imaging/radiology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and start IV lines when needed.
• Direct oversight and supervision of contrast patients; ensure safety measures.
• Communicate clearly with technologists and patients.
• Recognize and react to potential contrast reactions.
• Provide guidance to team to assure patient safety.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time on site position for a free-standing Medical Imaging facility. Main responsibility to ensure safety of patients while receiving contrast injections. Previous experience working in imaging/radiology is a plus.

Essential functions of onsite Nurse Practitioner:

• Escorts patients to various exam rooms.

• Assures that all safety questions and measures have been taken.
• Ability to have clear and direct communication with Technologist and patients.
• Ability to recognize and react to potential contrast reactions.
• Provides guidance and support to team members to assure patient safety.
• Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to support the team.
