Trinity Employment Staffing Agency is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a direct hire opportunity in Vero Beach, FL. The role focuses on outpatient primary care with a collaborative team in state-of-the-art centers designed for seniors.

Ideal candidates are licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants in Florida, with BLS/ACLS, and experience in geriatrics or family medicine. Travel between nearby centers within the market is expected.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or as a Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary
• Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Driven to manage a Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions
• Strong examination and diagnostic skillset with the ability to communicate clearly with patients and families
• Willingness to travel between centers within the market

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care responsibilities only
• Provide high-quality primary care with attention to patient social needs and medical conditions
• Work as part of a collaborative team including center physicians, RN clinicians, and support staff
• Engage in preventive care, care coordination, and patient education
• Maintain charting and ensure patient safety and compliance with regulations

Ideal candidates will be

• Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other
