This direct hire role offers base salary and bonus based on quality metrics, full benefits including malpractice tail coverage, CME, and retirement options, with travel to multiple centers within the market.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary.
• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comororbid conditions.
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• Interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team.
• Confident in delivering high quality primary care and being available to patients and addressing medical and social needs.
• Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to Medicare-aged patients.
• Collaborate with a collaborative team including Family Practice and Internal Medicine physicians and center staff.
• Deliver high-quality primary care with strong patient-focused approach.
• Travel within the market to support multiple centers as needed.
