Job summary

Locums is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a locum-tenens assignment in Fox Lake, Wisconsin. Start date 9/28/26 and a 26-week duration. Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

You will conduct exams, diagnose, prescribe medications, order tests, and manage preventive, acute, and chronic care. Documentation in the electronic health system, participation in quality improvement, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team are required.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support the Reentry and evidence-based care initiatives.
