Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Licensed NP or PA-C for an outpatient pain management clinic in New York. This full-time, Monday–Friday role emphasizes patient education, coordinated care, and collaborative practice with supervising physicians.

No pain management experience is required; comprehensive training is provided, including hands-on onboarding and ongoing mentorship. You’ll perform histories and exams, manage conditions, educate patients, and document care in the EMR.

Outpatient | Office‑Based | Weekdays Only | Training & Ongoing Support Provided

Base Salary: Base salary + Productivity Bonus

Schedule: Full‑Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm

Practice Setting: Outpatient Interventional Pain Management

Travel: Some travel between clinic sites

A Specialty Role with Real Support

Pain management is a specialty — but you do NOT need pain management experience to succeed here.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient pain management practice. This is an office‑based role focused on scheduled outpatient visits, patient education, and collaborative care.

No Pain Management Experience Required

• ~2 weeks of hands‑on initial training
• Daily, ongoing access to supervising physicians
• Collaborative environment — you are never practicing alone

What You’ll Do

Training & Ongoing Support

• Approximately 2 weeks of hands‑on onboarding

Side‑by‑side training in:

• Pain‑focused assessments
• Patient communication and education
• Treatment planning and follow‑up visits

Permanent supervising support — physicians are always available to:

• Answer questions
• Review plans
• Provide guidance on complex cases

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA‑C (new graduates welcome)
• Active, unrestricted state license
• National certification
• BLS/CPR required (ACLS preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
