Carease Health in Florida is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This hybrid role combines on-site visits with remote documentation supported by a dedicated scribe team.

Ideal candidates have an active NP or PA license and at least one year in geriatric care, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
