Job summary

Altais Medical Group Riverside is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our fast-growing team in Riverside, CA. You will perform comprehensive health assessments, obtain history, review medications, and document care plans to support STAR and HCC measures.

Collaborate with physicians and caregivers, prescribe within scope, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered practice with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• CA Licensed Nurse Practitioner required.
• At least 1 year of experience in primary care.
• Ability to perform comprehensive health assessments and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain history and perform physical examination.
• Review medications and related instructions.
• Complete documentation for STAR and HCC measures.
• Document all pertinent information in patient charts on the same day as visit.
• Prescribe/order procedures, treatments and medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality.
