Job summary

The Role

We are looking for a motivated FNP who is passionate about holistic patient care. In this role, you will manage a diverse patient panel, providing traditional primary care services while also leading our specialized medical weight loss programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary & Acute Care: Conduct routine physicals, manage chronic conditions (hypertension, diabetes, etc.), and diagnose/treat acute illnesses and minor injuries.
• Weight Loss Management: Oversee our GLP-1 weight loss program (Semaglutide/Tirzepatide), including initial consultations, prescribing medications, monitoring progress, and counseling patients on lifestyle changes.
• Patient Education: Empower patients with the knowledge to manage their health goals, nutritional needs, and long-term wellness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our medical and aesthetics team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) / Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in the state of Nebraska.
• Board Certification (AANP or ANCC).
• Active DEA license.
• Preferred: Experience or strong interest in medical weight loss, metabolic health, or primary care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with patients.
