Centurion Health seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join the team at Plainfield Correctional Facility in Plainfield, Indiana. The NP works under a physician in a correctional environment, performing assessments, diagnosing conditions, and managing medications.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana APRN license required.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license required.
• Ability to pass credentialing and background checks.
