Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time urgent care role at our West Springfield Center. Compensation is $69–$77 per hour, with bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

The position offers a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with physician-led support and integrated care. Minimum 1 year in urgent care or emergency medicine; BLS/ACLS and Virginia license required.

Qualifications

• NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate.
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered urgent care.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain credentialing and licensure requirements for practice.

Location: Pickett center in Fairfax, Virginia

Compensation Range:
This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Full ‑Time Schedule Overview

• Total Shifts: 3- 12hour shifts
• Shift Length: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12 hours each)
• every other weekend

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program
• PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Licensure & Certification:

• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
• DEA License
• Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol

Credentialing Requirements:

• Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
