Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide podiatric care in long-term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing, and senior living facilities.

You will assess and treat foot and lower limb conditions, deliver diabetic foot care, and collaborate with facility staff to ensure patient-centered care.

The role offers flexible scheduling, guaranteed patient volume, and no cap on earnings, with company support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and completion of an accredited NP program.
• Active RN license and NP certification (ANCC or AANP).
• 2–5 years of podiatry post-training experience; LTC/nursing home experience preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required)
• Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required)

• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings

Compensation

• Compensation: Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, estimated annual earnings range from $22,000–$34,000 per day per week worked (e.g., 1 day/week = $22,000–$34,000 annually; up to 5 days/week = $110,000–$170,000 annually). Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance. A comprehensive overview of our compensation structure will be provided during the interview process.
