You will provide outpatient care in centers focused on accessible, high-quality services and team‑based care. Ideal candidates are licensed in Florida as an NP or PA, have primary care experience, current BLS/ACLS, and enjoy working with Medicare-aged patients.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in Florida.
• Experience in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.

Ideal candidates will be

• Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary
• Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members
• Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
• Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization
• Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other
